Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be.  At that time you will have a chance to cancel your order if you wish.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

Cushease wants you to be completely satisfied with your order. But, since all items are custom made to order, they are non refundable.
If your item is defective in any way, please call 888-695-8743 within 30 days of receiving your order. At that time, you will be informed of our  return or exchange process.
